Investment Committee

The Yuuwa Investment Committee has 5 members who review each initial investment.

Members of the Investment Committee comprise:

• the Yuuwa Management Team (Liddy, James and Matt),
• Mr Andrew Hector (www.cfm.net.au) and
• an individual selected for their experience in the investment area under consideration.

A unanimous decision is required from the Investment Committee in order to proceed with an investment.
